Located near gate D65, this family-owned, third-generation coffee chain is known as a global leader in sustainable high-quality coffee, producing the unique illy 100 per cent-Arabica blend made from nine of the world’s best selections of Arabica beans.
Coffee served at illycaffè is purchased directly from farmers and prepared by baristas who are trained by the company’s renowned University of Coffee faculty, which was founded to promote and spread the culture of quality coffee in Italy and around the world. Their skilled barista coffee-preparation training ranges from traditional espresso, latte and cappuccino, to cold-brewed coffee and original specialty drinks.

The authentic Italian illycaffè experience at YVR includes full-service within bright, modern surroundings with a welcoming vibe and lots of food and beverage options. This includes a variety of fresh sandwiches, healthy snack cups and decadent baked goods. There is also designated seating for customers, separate from gate seating, to the left of the coffee bar.
